Low Wither and Low Profile
Changeable Gullet 'S' Bar

This GP saddle is ideal for low withered and flat backed horses, such as cob types. It is a great option if you are looking for an all round saddle for hacking, jumping and some schooling.

  • Flatter tree shape to follow the low-withered flat-backed profile.
  • Straight-cut, slim line panels to reduce bulk between the horse and rider.
  • Velcro knee blocks under the flap which can be positioned to suit your leg length and position. The Cob GP does not have calf blocks.
  • Changeable girthing arrangement which allows saddle stability to be optimised instantly

 Kent and Masters Original Cob GP Girthing - Neutral

Begin with the neutral girthing position

Kent and Masters Original Cob GP Girthing - Point and Third

If the saddle moves forward, girth on the first (point) and third strap

Kent and Masters Original Cob GP Girthing - Second and Fourth

If the saddle slips back, move the third strap to the floating ring (4) and girth on the second and fourth strap.

Kent and Masters Original Cob GP Girthing - First and Fouth

If you need even more stability, use the point (1) strap and the rear floating ring (4)

DO NOT girth using the first and second straps
Moveable Knee Block
This saddle features a Velcro knee block that can be adjusted to suit the leg support your need. If you prefer to ride with shorter stirrups, or have short legs, position the knee block higher up.
